Pokhara Heritage Resort

Internship, Technical Interface — Khapaudi, Pokhara

  • Type: 99-room resort on a lakeside slope

A 99-room resort with a traditional character on a steeply contoured lakeside site in Khapaudi, Pokhara, designed during the three-month internship of the B.Arch seventh semester.

Accommodation units were first arranged in clusters along the contours, then the access road was threaded through the steep slope. The diagrams show the stage-by-stage development of the plan.

My role: Preliminary site planning and 3D massing.
