Commercial rental cabins facing the lake and hills. Set on a slope, the cabins keep each other’s views open and give guests privacy.
The roof first had a skylight for watching the northern lights; as the plan developed, this became an upper balcony with a better view. An outdoor deck serves viewing and recreation.
My role: Concept and design development.
