Family house with street-front shops

Half of the ground floor facing the street is let as shops; car parking is reached from a secondary road on the east. Bedrooms are on the first floor for privacy, some with balconies. Following Nepalese tradition, the kitchen and the puja room (prayer room) are on the top floor.
