Café within the Science Showroom

Light and shadow create a natural, airy atmosphere behind a fully glazed façade. Three kinds of seating — coffee bar, dining and lounge — suit different moods. Light floors and furniture keep the space bright, while hanging plants and a wavy ceiling cast changing shadows through the day.
The coffee bar is the focal point: a dark walnut counter with an easy-to-clean Corian top, set against a shelved feature wall lit by recessed spots. Pendants hang over each table, lower in the lounge to mark more private areas, and wall washers bring out the texture of the lounge cladding.
